Rental Policies
Clear terms help every trip begin smoothly. Your booking confirms acceptance of these policies.
Reservation & payment. A 50% deposit sent via Zelle holds your date. The deposit is non-refundable, and all remaining balances are due before boarding.
Date changes. Events cannot be canceled, but the event date may be changed at no additional cost.
Overtime. A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, time is billed as an additional hour.
Damage & cleaning. The client assumes full financial liability for damage caused by anyone in their party, including cleaning charges and bodily-fluid cleanup.
Smoking. Smoking is prohibited on board and within 10 feet of the vehicle.
Personal items & delays. We are not responsible for articles left behind, mechanical breakdowns, or traffic delays.
Safety. The driver may terminate a run without refund if illegal items are found.
